Out of the 30th/40th time I've purchased sausages and fish from Bnagiahs in Randburg 90% of the time the sausages was spoilt . I stopped purchasing here for about a year due to the manager once disagreeing that one of his vegetables are "daily delivered" when the inside was totally rotten only costed R10 but he lost me until giving them another chance last week when I purchased fish and mutton sausages. Fish was fried on day of purchase sadly no1 could eat it due to the expired smell . So I decided again I will let it pass. Today I've fried the sausages and I had to ventilate my entire house due to the rotten bin smell that was coming out the sausages. I've decided never to purchase anything from this place again with the cost of living these guys are running a great business to the ground and it is very disappointing . If you know something doesn't sell take your loss do not rob anyone thats what business is .
If I had read the reviews before purchasing I wouldn't off been in this situation today . I purchased a bed on the 25/07/2024 and until today I was told that they are manufacturing the bed as there is no stock . why sell something online if there is no stock ? After 5days of purchase "30th" they sent me an email (after I had to call for an invoice) and was told that the bed will take 10-15days which equals to around 20days lost already because they are not counting from the purchase date . A business like this needs to shut its doors if they are misleading have no customer service no remorse I was even told that a refund takes 10-15days what a joke for a so claimed big brand company .
Good day I have upgraded my phone about 2 weeks ago and i had problem with the device heating up and not working the way it is supposed to, i took the phone back within 7 days to vodacom shop in mall of the south and asked them to assist me with the problem ' unfortunatly the manager noreen was very arrogant and they took the phone and they said they will send it for repair , even though i knew i was suppose to get a new phone i agreed . After collecting the phone today we realized that the phone is doing exactly the same thing . Went back to them and the manager said she needs to send the phone again to the repair centre which is going to take 14 days . I bought a new phone and i dont need this in my life . I can not stay without the phone for 14 days especially paying for it under this circumstances. She was suppose to give me a new phone as vodacom policy but she refused as it is a franchise she states. Unfortunately she doesnt believe in vodacom rules and she makes her own decisions . I really need to have this sorted and this is the last place where i can ask for help the shop is located in mall of the south and its on the bottom floor . Thank you
