I went to buy cordless microphones and when I arrived I decided to buy 2 boxes which each has 2 microphones. They didn't explain anything they just said exchange and refund is allowed in 7 days. When we tested Microphones only one set could work at a time. I forgot them at church so I stayed longer but I though this is just exchange because the sequence of the mics is the same but 14 days later I was told that I can exchange even after explaining that mics are working fine it's just that I can't connect both sets at the same time. They said I should have bought male and female and I asked how should I know that because I explain that I want my singers to use then same time. Service level was poor and they said to return the Mic they can buy it back for R330 when I bought them for R550.00 I then told them it's fine I will keep then and will report them. They didn't care and where not helpful.

Nurse at Dischem Mall of the South Nurse needs to consider the elderly, just to serve the elderly that would not take more than 5min she thought her lunch was more important. Really I will not put my foot there again.

Im not usually one to complain. Could say I'm just disappointed. I ordered 12 mussels and 12 prawns, with normal garlic saw for the mussels. Get home and i was given a saucy chilli garlic sauce (mind you I have a medical condition and I can't eat any chilli)... Out of the 12 shells, only 3 shells had mussels which my partner ate coz she has no issues with chilli... Unfortunately we stay far away from Mall of the South and couldn't go back, hence why my partner finished the chilli soup that came with shells.... Quite disappointed because the guy that served us was really nice

I mistakenly sent an item to the wrong address (Earthchild Mall of the South). I waited to send it to Mall of the North. I called the store( Mall of the South), and I was assisted by a lady by the name of *Nthabi.* I was stressed out because I couldn't be able to collect the items since it's in another province. Nthabi managed to calm me down and suggested that I should re-order the item once she has made the return process. Im so happy I could re-order the item and sent to the correct address, this time around 🤭

Poor Customer Service Experience at Shoprite Mall of the South On May 1, 2025, at 14:57, I visited Shoprite at Mall of the South (Store G248, Reg 015, Txn 291). As a regular customer, I was disappointed with the service I received. The Issue I purchased a Box Doll 30Cm, paid for it, and left the store. However, I forgot the doll on the counter, and the cashier didn't notice. When I realized my mistake at home (20km away), I had to return to the store. The Service When I spoke to the manager, I was met with unfriendly service. Despite explaining the inconvenience, she seemed unconcerned and even laughed in front of other customers. When I asked for reimbur*****t for my petrol costs, she refused, saying it's not their policy. My Concerns - Lack of attention to detail by the cashier -Security did not pay attention when she was checking my slip - Unfriendly and unempathetic service from the manager - Refusal to understand my situation or offer assistance Expectation I hope Shoprite will take steps to improve customer service and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future.
