I went to buy cordless microphones and when I arrived I decided to buy 2 boxes which each has 2 microphones. They didn't explain anything they just said exchange and refund is allowed in 7 days. When we tested Microphones only one set could work at a time. I forgot them at church so I stayed longer but I though this is just exchange because the sequence of the mics is the same but 14 days later I was told that I can exchange even after explaining that mics are working fine it's just that I can't connect both sets at the same time. They said I should have bought male and female and I asked how should I know that because I explain that I want my singers to use then same time. Service level was poor and they said to return the Mic they can buy it back for R330 when I bought them for R550.00 I then told them it's fine I will keep then and will report them. They didn't care and where not helpful.

Sanlam Funeral policy **** My father is based in klipgat also known as Phasha. Someone opened a funeral plan for him without his knowledge and he started seeing that from January 2025 his pension money is R200 short and when he reported this to SASSA they said its cancelled but again in February they debited so he went to check with the bank and they said the money comes short already from SASSA so he went back to SASSA and they wrote GRU24008583 client no.11231 and told him to go and cancel the policy with Sanlam. I have sent them an email and I called them and they sent me from pillar to post. They gave me 0861273342 which is useless. Kindly assist atleast if we can cancel the policy. Hello Peter. My name is Siphiwe I stay in Sky City in Alberton. I lived in Soweto Braamfisher and I Dad a Rain simcard which was working perfectly until I relocated to Sky City in 2021.Rain's signal was very poor and I went to the Dashboard and called for help until I opted in Fiber. Because I was on prepaid with Rain I just stopped using it because I couldn't use my paid Data but to my surprise 2023 end of April I received a call from some lawyers saying Rain handed me over to them for an outstanding R295. 00 and I was so angry and am still angry with Rain because they have my email address and cell number so why didn't they call me if I owed them? I don't know why I owe them but I need answers because they didn't respond to my email query. Please help
