Im not usually one to complain. Could say I'm just disappointed. I ordered 12 mussels and 12 prawns, with normal garlic saw for the mussels. Get home and i was given a saucy chilli garlic sauce (mind you I have a medical condition and I can't eat any chilli)... Out of the 12 shells, only 3 shells had mussels which my partner ate coz she has no issues with chilli... Unfortunately we stay far away from Mall of the South and couldn't go back, hence why my partner finished the chilli soup that came with shells.... Quite disappointed because the guy that served us was really nice

Lesego & Musa Chauke, very disappointed in how my 3rd party claim is being handled. Didn't want it to get this far.. Your client crashed into my vehicle 13.03.2024. We are going to 10.04.2024, almost a month later, never before heard from you, everytime I call your phones just ring or you on lunch and can't take my call... I cooperated with your insurers requirements & sent all required documentation ... Last week someone tried assisting & I was told the claim was not even allocated. If this is how third party claims are being handled by you, I wonder how your own policy holders get treated when they have to claim. I'm not looking for 5 star service, just want to get help, be informed with updates, that's all... My vehicle has been standing for almost a month. PLEASE HELP... I am avoiding going the ombuds route, just want help that's all. Am I asking for too much? You don't even need to call me if you don't wanna speak to me, email correspondence would suffice. I'm not fighting, have no reason to fight, I just want help that's all.
