The service received from mweb considering the monthly premiums is really pathetic. I spent 2 hours waiting in line to speak to an agent only to be cut off the call when I am first in line. If I can only give you zero stars for how inefficient this provider is. I have called in the morning waiting 90 minutes and then this afternoon 2 hours, no, you guys need to do something about how you treat your paying customers. The Chat system is not efficient you wait the same time as a call, throw away this system if you don't know how to manage it. I wouldnt recommend you to anyone I know.
My husband went in to get wipers at Goldwagen randpark ridge and it was raining. He asked for assistance to put the wipers on as he had an operation on his right hand. They refused to assist saying its not allowed.the person who attended to him was Isaiah.However the did it for him previously. He specifically went to Goldwagen as he thought he would be assisted like the last time. It 2as horrible customer service as they could see he was in a cast and still refused to assist. Is this how you treat a customer? What values do you have? I'm so disappointed with your service and horrible staff that lack empathy.
Buying their kebabs the second time and it's spoilt yet again. This is really unacceptable. It's scary to shop there as it seems their meat is not fresh. Never again. They're filthy and lying to customers in terms of expiration dates.
Disappointed. We bought the new chicken mcfeast x2 but it was a horrible experience. Just 2 patties with no other toppings. Got the order wrong. Lodged a complaint with McDonald's but no feedback as I guess to them the customer is not important. We even took pictures. Bad customer service
I booked via mytrip and my departure time stated 8.30 on my ticket and on the app. When I got to the airport I was told that the flight departed at 6.30. I have not received any communication of changes and had to purchase new ticket.it was a big inconvenience. I have had no help and being referred pillar to post.as a customer this is not my problem and I want my refund.between the airline and the agency something went wrong.why must I suffer as the customer. I need this sorted asap.
Do not use this agency.they give absolutely bad customer service.i booked a return and my departure times was incorrect.when I got to the airport the flight had departed 2 hours earlier.i had to purchase new tickets. Barcelos floracliffe worst ever. They don't answer their phones and they food is horrible.i ordered via uber and received the incorrect order,not what I asked for. It was burnt and tasted awful.never again.money and food wasted. Really disappointed.
I ordered twice through Mr delivery. The restaurant rejected the order yet money went off my account. It's been 3 working days yet no refund. I contacted barcelos letting them know about the order and they said it was ok. Barcelos floracliff this is not on
Most disgusting and worst experience ever. Food smelt extremely bad. Chicken was raw and tasted spoilt. Could not get hold of anyone as the phone goes to the answering machine. Even threw up and feel sick.over R200 wasted as I threw it in the bin.
The service from the waiter was good, however when our food arrived.the plates had a disgusting eggy smell.Moreover the toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches we ordered was horrible.the tomato slices were thick and cheese was hardly melted with a bad smell and taste.never again.yuck!
