I’m struggling to understand why my previous comments have received no response. It feels as though customers from the Montford area—who have supported your business for many years—are not being valued. The situation at the Montford branch is very disappointing. I visited today, and the shelves were almost completely empty. I want to make it clear that I don’t blame the staff; they have always been helpful. The issue seems to be with the management and supply to this branch. Chatsworth residents bring a lot of business to your store, yet it seems like this branch is being neglected. This problem has been ongoing since October last year, so please don’t respond with another “sorry for the inconvenience.” We need a valid explanation and, more importantly, a solution. If this continues, you will lose loyal customers. I hope to receive a meaningful and honest reply soon.

Pathetic service from all the staff at the Cell C Chatsworth Centre store. On 23 January 2026, I visited the store for a simple query that could have been resolved within 15 minutes. Instead, all five staff members were extremely rude, uninterested, and more focused on their phones than assisting customers. I was completely ignored, and to make matters worse, I was laughed at as I walked out. There was absolutely no professionalism, customer service ethics, or basic respect shown. The staff clearly did not care about assisting customers or representing the Cell C brand properly. Because of this unacceptable experience, I changed my network provider completely within two hours. I will never return to this store and will never recommend Cell C to anyone based on the behaviour displayed at this branch. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
Very unfair on the app due to split delivery with extra cost

I have to admit I have been to other opticians over the years and having been to SpecSavers Chatsworth in Chatsworth Centre. It was the best over all professional experience from the front staff to the optician my new pair of eyes had been sorted within days. Thank u so much

Visiting the Coastlands Musgrave for their buffet on the 7th July 2023 second was absolutely Dismal. The food itself was so horribly prepared whilst the desserts literally got cooked under those lights. Extremely disappointed as I am still yet to receive feedback from management. Absolutely waste of time!!!
Having placed an order with Takealot, delivery was expected on the 20th July 2022 to which an sms was sent. Waited an entire day, nothing arrived with another sms stipulating that the receiver wasn't at home which is nonsense. Another confirmation received for the 21st July 2022. Waited an entire and still nothing. Called the respective number so feedback whatsoever. Absolutely disappointed with Takealot as two days of mine got wasted with no formal communication of the delay of delivery.
