I've given them 5 stars for saying the customer is most important. I reported dissisfaction with a product and the manager Vincent from B Nagiahs in Randburg, Johannesburg, called me to apologize and offered to reimburse me in full as well as replace the product. His apology was like a breath of fresh air. Businesses don't do this enough. Especially following my recent abhorrent superbalist interaction where I was mare to feel a nuisance and just brushed aside, this apology and offer to make amends by Vincent from B Nagiahs was a welcome and pleasant surprise. Thanks Vincent for showing me that one little customer is important to your business. It's for this reason that I will return to spend my money with you. Thank you!
I will never spend my money at Superbalist again. Customer service is their weakest area. Buying from superbalist cost me more money than just the cost of the products. Superbalist delayed delivery of my order by a few days. When it was eventually delivered one item was not there and they never told me prior to the delivery. A delayed flight as a result of waiting for that delivery on the day it arrived was the financial detrimental repercussion Ii faced. Their pathetic apologies to remedy by treating future clients better and learn from my experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that as s matter of principle I will never spend my hard earned money there ever again
From Pizza del forno Bromhof, for dinner on Friday evening 10/09/2021, I bought a chicken & mushroom pizza with vegan cheese and a gluten free base. The base was very burnt around the edges and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. Very badly made pizza! And to top it all the pizza cost R151 of my hard earned money. As a customer I should not have had to pay good money for something that was so dissatisfactory. To the owner of pizza del forno Bromhof no I could not bring the pizza back I was hungry and it was for my dinner and the hassle of driving back to the store to wait was just too much. I had this experience once before a couple months ago when I ordered a pasta that was not well made and I called the manager who told me I should have brought it back and sorry. again it was for dinner and I was hungry so I needed to go to the trouble of getting it replaced yet I paid them good money. that's why id did not go back this time either. I am fed up of these businesses being so inconsiderate that we spend our hard earned money there and we get treated this way! I would like some sort of compensation from del forno bromhof please! My 63 year old pensioner mum is seriously ill because of no clear treatment for her type 2 diabetes. she has been sent backwards and forwards between the south hospital and st johns. the admin staff and doctors at lenasia south hospital are evil and they treated my mum with such rudeness and disrespect. the stress of waiting while her feet and legs are hurting and all other ailments is too much. my mum has been at st johns all day today as the south hospital eventually told her to go there today. Please someone help as our pensioners are so horribly mistreated by the public health system and no one cares. this is not right, they were contributing taxpayers before they became unemployed pensioners and now they must suffer. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP SAVE OUR PENSIONERS AS THEY ARE LEFT TO SUFFER AT THE HANDS OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM
<p>KAI THAI SPA NEGLIGENCE - THE****** CAUSED ME A INJURY <br />Have you ever gone to a spa and left there feeling anything but relaxed? Even more alarming have you ever, after a massage, felt sore and left with bruises and a injury? <br />Well that was unfortunately what happened to me about a week ago last Sunday at Kai Thai spa on rabie street.</p> <p>The the****** hurt my spine during the massage and left me with bruises on my back afterward as well as a sore neck. <br />This was serious enough cause for me to have to see a chiropractor to treat the injury.</p> <p>If you know anything about human anatomy and what parts of the body not to interfere with, then the spine and neck are the most crucial to take care of . <br />The the****** proceeded to twist my limbs in alarming positions and stretch me in horrifying ways . This is not the kind of massage technique that should ever be practiced.</p> <p>I have emailed the owner of Kai Thai Spa, Mr Ron Hutchinson, and attempted to contact him via telephone, however Mr Ron Hutchinson has chosen to remain silent. 3 emails and a week later i have yet to receive a apology or response from the management of Kai Thai Spas.</p> <p>I requested proof of the certification of the the****** who performed the massage on me. No answer from management.</p> <p>I requested the spa covers the cost of my chiropractor and or physiothe****** visit. No answer from management.</p> <p>The management of the spa have displayed total negligence and disrespect to myself as a patron and I do not want anyone else to experience what happened to me.<br />Be sure to find out exactly what type of a massage you are in for.<br />Ask to see the the******s certification to perform the massage or therapy.<br />And your right to be treated with respect as a patron should never be disregarded so blatantly.</p> <p>I have had many spa treatments at other spas and have never experienced anything like i did at Kai Thai spa.<br />I will never be a patron of Kai Thai spa again and my advise is that you take extra care should you ever find yourself at a Kai thai spa.</p> <p> </p>
