I’m struggling to understand why my previous comments have received no response. It feels as though customers from the Montford area—who have supported your business for many years—are not being valued. The situation at the Montford branch is very disappointing. I visited today, and the shelves were almost completely empty. I want to make it clear that I don’t blame the staff; they have always been helpful. The issue seems to be with the management and supply to this branch. Chatsworth residents bring a lot of business to your store, yet it seems like this branch is being neglected. This problem has been ongoing since October last year, so please don’t respond with another “sorry for the inconvenience.” We need a valid explanation and, more importantly, a solution. If this continues, you will lose loyal customers. I hope to receive a meaningful and honest reply soon.
