Mutton mince - not actually mutton . What the hell is it ?
I recently purchased "mutton mince" from Nagiahs in Midrand, and what a disappointment, especially at R180/kg. This was most definitely NOT mutton mince. There was not a trace of fat in this, as there would be in mutton mince. I'm almost certain it was turkey meat minced up. Please do not take advantage of your customers in this manner B NAGIAH . Poor Service
I have being trying to call to enquire when my maintenance plan expires . Pathetic service via telephone . I held on for long duration of time - then the call drops . I did somehow manage to get through to a consultant - twice . She asked me for vehicle reg number then rudely put me on holy for 30 minutes until the call cut off . Is this a 1 person operation ?? Really poor service .

Very bad service
absolutely pathetic service It seems like nothing has changed. I called in the 1st time, the agent assured me my contract was cancelled. I received an SMS a few days later telling me that my debit order has been extended. I have been battling to get through ever since. Pathetic service !!!!

Poor Aftersales BANGGOOD
The order process was quick and easy. Don't be fooled though. When checking out you have an option to take out tariff insurance - in case you are charged import taxes in your country. By taking the insurance Bangood should make good on their promise, to refund the buyer , the amount paid to customs. After receiving the parcel , I emailed the providing banggood customer services with proof of payment and an email from Buffalo logistics ( this is the int courier that delivered my parcel ). Banggood kept coming back to me to provide proof of payment for Tariff. This happen 3 times. So I doubt I will be reimbursed for the custom charges I had to pay. Just keep this in mind when Ordering. Full of promises but little action .
