Poor management skills
Hi I'm Phuti Mahanyela I'm writing with so much anger and irritation based on the recerring incidents I've witnessed whilst visiting SouthGate sheetstreet. That place was my Heaven but I started to realize rather strange changes right after I noticed that there has been a change of management. Honest the new manager is something else I witness her go back on back with a customer who came to exchange items whom were bought some where else . She denied exchange up until a young girl named Karren took over an helped. Another thing I hate about that manager she is always on her phone and spend long hours on the company's telephone talking to her friends in her mother tongue. She doesnt respect customers time, She also takes time to respond if called . Kindly contact me if there's anything i can help. My hope is that she be replaced because she doesnt know how to manage a shop

sheetstreet is a ****
I joined sheetstreet account but now I regret doing it cause I never bought anything there yet it's been 5 months now still trying to deactivate the insurances companies who make my account go up in depth but stil don't get any help I hAve tried so many times to call their offices but the don't pick my calls...

These people are a bunch of miserable scammers.I have been trying to get hold of them for two days and the response is always"we cannot take your call now"This is at 11hoo in the morning.Avoid these lousy charlatans.

Frustrated
I have made a payment as agreed and have tried to email the proof of payment several times. When mails come through to inform me that no payment was made, there is no contact number or email address in which to inform them.
