Bad management
Hi I'm Phuti Mahanyela I'm writing with so much anger and irritation based on the recerring incidents I've witnessed whilst visiting SouthGate sheetstreet. That place was my Heaven but I started to realize rather strange changes right after I noticed that there has been a change of management. Honest the new manager is something else I witness her go back on back with a customer who came to exchange items whom were bought some where else . She denied exchange up until a young girl named Karren took over an helped. Another thing I hate about that manager she is always on her phone and spend long hours on the company's telephone talking to her friends in her mother tongue. She doesnt respect customers time, She also takes time to respond if called . Kindly contact me if there's anything i can help. My hope is that she be replaced because she doesnt know how to manage a shop
