Furniture was bought and paid for and now the people are nowhere to be found. Name of the place: Home and Electric Appliances - Boksburg Contact persons: Mr K Selisa / Patrick Contact number: 069 166 7190 / 065 621 1403 but the number goes straight to voicemail. Delivery of the furniture was suppposed to be last week Friday 27 September. I have all the evidence of the transactions that were made. If the furniture is not delivered this week, a refund will be demanded and a case will be opened. No email address. They are registered on Facebook
The legal department of Sheet Street calls every few seconds and then they don't speak, they hang up. My phone is bombarded with messages of non payments when I did in actual fact pay. If my phone breaks because of all the phone calls and messages these unprofessional individuals are leaving, who's going to fix it?
I have written numerous reviews regarding the clothing stores unprofessional manner and attitude. But nothing seems to do done about it.
My mother has been a loyal customer of Ackerman's for many years. Recently she has been receiving messages and phonecalls from the clothing Store. She makes sure her payments are up to date and on time. Call centre agents who have been calling are extremely rude and disrespectful towards her. It is completely unacceptable to treat the elderly in that manner and something should be done about it
I have made a payment as agreed and have tried to email the proof of payment several times. When mails come through to inform me that no payment was made, there is no contact number or email address in which to inform them.
I have an arranged arrangement of an amount that I must pay every month. Ackerman's increased the amount without consulting me as a customer first.
I was involved in a business which had a Telkom account. The business closed down last year January and I am aware that the account was in arrears. I have been trying to arrange a payment arrangement but they refuse to assist me. The small salary that I receive is below the minimum wage amount and I don't have any other financial help. They are threatening and harrassing me calling every 5 minutes. I don't know what to do anymore. The person who keeps calling has an attitude so it's difficult to talk to him.
