Since 28 May 2024 I have been asking BA Transferals to refund me for my luggage and foldable laundry line worth R40 000. They had indicated to have insurance, yet they cannot produce the name of the insurance. The owner has been using abusive language and tries in every way to avoid authorities. My case is now with the National Consumer Tribunal and he is trying to stall it. Please stay away from this company. It will leave you broken. My case with the SAPS has not moved forward because the prosecutor needs to prove "intent" in order to prosecute for theft. Please vigilant!
