Poor workmanship and Lack of accountability
Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s embroidery and printing services was highly disappointing. The quality was subpar, featuring misaligned printing and even spelling errors on our company logo. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the owner. Despite investing R25,000 in their services, there was no effort made to correct these mistakes or offer any form of goodwill to remedy the situation. I strongly advise caution if you’re considering doing business with them.

We are so sorry for your experience with one of our branches. Belegi Workwear group have policies and procedures in place including artwork approvals.
Unfortunately we are working with a lot of clients and the onus sits on clients to APPROVE the artwork before we start with any branding on it.
