Their customer service sucks big time, they treat customers like nothing, when you call them on the phone to place an order, they will ask you to please your order on an email and then you send an email to order but they ignore it don't you don't get any response unless you phone them 10 times and then they will attend to it. The manager there Desmond looks down on people like us, every time you request for some help he will tell you that he is helping another customer and will come back to you but never call back.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s embroidery and printing services was highly disappointing. The quality was subpar, featuring misaligned printing and even spelling errors on our company logo. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the owner. Despite investing R25,000 in their services, there was no effort made to correct these mistakes or offer any form of goodwill to remedy the situation. I strongly advise caution if you’re considering doing business with them.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service. I placed an order for Walkie Talkie Bibs in October and was told that they need 21 days to manufacture. 21 Days has since passed and I have been calling non stop for assistance as I need to invoice before businesses close. I spoke with them and agreed for delivery on the 2nd of December, and assured my clients that I will deliver before the 4th. When I called them to check the progress of my order, they said they will call me back. I have since been chasing up on them, and they have changed my delivery date to the 6th of December. I will never recommend this company to anyone in the world. They are the worst people to do business with and they will constantly give you stories to buy themselves time. Be careful when doing business with this company, they will keep telling you stories.

Please be careful of these people. I dealt with a lady by the name of Carla. The owners are Danie van Niekerk and Wilna Ryan. I sne them a tender doc with specifications for conti suits. I asked Carla for a competitive price because it was for a tender. She quoted me, I won the tender, paid upfront, paid R 3000 for transport, and then I received overalls that had skew pockets, and the seams were coming loose. I called, and they said they sent me the overalls that their factory trainees practice on. Apparently because I asked for a competitive price, they sent me these unuseable items. 'Now my client rejected the stuff and Babelegi does not want to refund me. They only want to upsell me on their more expensive items. This is poor business and it will definitely come back to haunt them one day. Life has a way of dealing with people like this.

I've been buying all my company's overalls, safety boots and construction safety signage from Belegi in Centurion for the past 3 years. On the 9th I went there to buy new overalls and ordered exactly the same as I always do. The overalls went for printing and when it was issued to the staff we realised that the sizes are incorrect. Instead of size 36 pants we were given 36 tops, and the pants 34. When I went back to the store in Centurion they were not prepared to help or even just exchange the pants as they only sell in sets. They checked the past purchases and said that I always take the sizes given. I took an old set and showed them that the sizes supplied in the past and the new ones are not the same. Again I was told sorry they can only go on what is on the sales slip. The manager phoned the owner and the same, will not help/exchange. After supporting them for the past 3 years my support just stopped. I will find another supplier and want to inform other companies do not support them, they are keen to take your money and even though they make mistakes will not help you to resolve the issue. Good luck to them, they are doing great and obviously do not need my business.
