I purchased a Blackview BV6300Pro in November 2022. On 22 October 2022 the screen went blank. I took it in to Blackview in Centurion and was told that I need to hand my done in and that the repair will take about 3 weeks. They also informed me that the screen does not fall under the guarantee. I received now communication from them and phoned to follow up on the repair on 19 February2024 and was told that they did send an email which I did not receive. I paid the quote they said I need to pay for the repair to get done. Again I was told that the repair will take about 3 weeks. Well even though I received messages informing me that the phone is in for QC testing I eventually received my phone on 5 March 2024, about 4 months later. This was not the end of the problem. On receiving my phone the screen won’t auto rotate even after all the settings has been done. Back again to Blackview so the can investigate. The lady who helped me after checking the settings that they need to book the phone in to establish what’s wrong. I decided against that because I use my phone for bussiness (self employed). I told her that this is my first and last Blackview. Her response “okay”. I now have to live with the fact the phone will not auto rotate after their repairs. I want to warn anyone considering getting a Blackview phone to seriously reconsider. Their service is terrible and no empathy towards customers.
I purchased a Speck Pool Cleaner from One Day Only on the 19th April 2023. Installed it exactly as per the instructions. It worked fine for a couple of minutes and then stops. It sucks itself to my pool wall and if you tug on the pipes it starts again for a couple of minutes and then stops. It also cleans in a figure of 8 and doesn't matter how you adjust it it stays the same. I contacted Speck Pumps Pretoria and they were not very helpful. I placed a complaint on their website and was contacted by Amor Straus. She arranged for the pool cleaner to be collected so they can test it. It was collected and apparently tested in two different pools and I was informed that there is nothing wrong with the cleaner. They returned it, and guess what, it does exactly the same. I sent them another email and to date no reply to my email. I would not recommend any of their products and the after sales service is pathetic.
I've been buying all my company's overalls, safety boots and construction safety signage from Belegi in Centurion for the past 3 years. On the 9th I went there to buy new overalls and ordered exactly the same as I always do. The overalls went for printing and when it was issued to the staff we realised that the sizes are incorrect. Instead of size 36 pants we were given 36 tops, and the pants 34. When I went back to the store in Centurion they were not prepared to help or even just exchange the pants as they only sell in sets. They checked the past purchases and said that I always take the sizes given. I took an old set and showed them that the sizes supplied in the past and the new ones are not the same. Again I was told sorry they can only go on what is on the sales slip. The manager phoned the owner and the same, will not help/exchange. After supporting them for the past 3 years my support just stopped. I will find another supplier and want to inform other companies do not support them, they are keen to take your money and even though they make mistakes will not help you to resolve the issue. Good luck to them, they are doing great and obviously do not need my business.
I purchased a second hand Ford Ranger 2008 Supercab 3.0 XLT in July of this year with 157K on the odometer. On Sunday the 29th November I was traveling on a dirt road outside Rustenburg with my family at about 20km/h when the passenger side airbag activated hurting my wife and damaging the inside of the passenger door. There was no impact or any other vehicle involved. I contacted Ford wanting to know what I need to do and was surprised to be informed that because the vehicle is out of warranty and not serviced at a Ford Dealer they are not prepared to resolve this issue. So what they are saying is that when a vehicle with airbags goes for a service the airbags are also serviced even though it's a non-wear and tear item. I find this hard to believe. This is the first Ford that I purchased and will be my LAST. This is a pity as it's a great vehicle, but with Ford SA's customer care I am not willing to take a chance. SO MY MESSAGE TO EVERYONE, DO NOT BUY A SECOND HAND FORD WITH AIRBAGS!
I do not know what to do anymore, I have now tried all avenues, even going to their H/O in 14th Ave and to date my complaint has not been resolved, this has been going on since February this year. All I can advise anyone wanting to take out a cellphone contract, DO NOT USE MTN!!!! They do not have any customer service skills and do not care about you as a client. I am now going to see what I need to do, there must be a regulator that can resolve this. BTW my phone has been disconnected since September 2015 due to their incompetence to get this resolved. Do not even try and send an email to [Email Removed] you get an automated response acknowledging receipt and they will try and have the query resolved as asap. My first email to them was sent on 25 June 2015, nothing happened since then even after a couple more emails. DO NOT SUPPORT MTN!!!
This is my second report on the same matter that to date still has not been resolved.I have had it with MTN's incompetency and poor service.I want my account closed, handset handed back and go to another service provider. I received SMS's in this sequence to inform me that my account is overdue and services suspended as well as legal action threats without them resolving the overcharging of the data usage, how incompetent can a company be, its laughable!25-Jun-15 1:47 over due warning|25-Jun-15 1:48PM overdue account warning. I sent a complaint email on the 25th June 15 regarding the data charges as all the calls to the service center did not resolve the issue, to date I had no response except for the auto response.7-Jul-15 11:17AM outgoing call facility has been suspended|10-Jul-15 05:59 AM pay to avoid a negative credit rating|13-Jul-15 10:13AM pay R24443.05 to avoid full service suspension and legal action|13Jul-15 11:18 account overdue.Please pay R24443.05 to avoid suspension.1 Day warning given.The last SMS received 14Jul-15 06:58AM informs me that services are being reinstated. I do not know what to do anymore do not use them as your service provider, they will RIP you off.
I have a problem with my account with MTN and have been trying to resolve it since February 2015 with no luck. I have been speaking to customer care on a regular basis and logged calls to investigate the problem on my account.To make matters worse, even after I logged the query is that my phone then gets cut of due to the outstanding bill. As I am typing this email, I received another SMS that my services will be suspended, this is UNACCEPTABE as this is the phone I use for bussiness, please resolve this urgently.The problem started in February 2015 when I received invoice for the amount of R6 976.08. This is impossible as the data charges for that month was R4 330.27.My monthly bill since I changed my contract at MTN (3 years ago) has always been R1638.00 per month or R1738.01 (when I transfer R100 airtime to my daughter). March invoice was R21,326.46, again data usage of R16,410.14, again impossible but no one seems capable to resolve this. I need this resolved as it is impossible that I use that much data. When I am at home I use WiFi as I have unlimited package with Telkom/Mweb. Why did my charges change and items on my invoices?
