Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s embroidery and printing services was highly disappointing. The quality was subpar, featuring misaligned printing and even spelling errors on our company logo. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from the owner. Despite investing R25,000 in their services, there was no effort made to correct these mistakes or offer any form of goodwill to remedy the situation. I strongly advise caution if you’re considering doing business with them.
I wish I didn’t have to be here writing this, but my experience with Metrofibre leaves me no choice. As the paying customer, I was led to believe that my existing Openserve installation would be incompatible with Level 7 internet. They claimed that Openserve cables in my area are faulty, adding that it would be better to go with Metrofibre’s services as Openserve primarily works with Telkom and is unreliable. I went ahead with Metrofibre’s installation, trusting their advice. But when the Level 7 technician arrived, he was puzzled by the presence of two fibre connections, casting doubt on Metrofibre’s initial claims. The quality of the installation itself is disappointing. Firstly, we have trunking in the walls for this type of installation. any fool can see there is trunking in the ceiling. But not Metrofibre. They went ahead and installed the cable RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE WALL, making an unsightly curve. It’s not even straight and far from neat. My pensioner dad, who isn’t even the paying customer, was pressured into signing a document before the installers could leave, claiming we were satisfied with this poor workmanship. To top it all off, Metrofibre is now asking R2000 to fix their own mistakes. This is unacceptable and absurd. I demand an immediate fix without any additional charges and for Metrofibre to own up to their misleading statements and poor service.
