Baby Buggz Pram Problems
We bought the Triplicuty pram last year at the expo. First problem we had was the pram was suppose to have a leather handle it had a sponge handle. After sorting this out and now only been using the pram for 5months the right side is stuck so the pram can't fold. I emailed and complained and they replied giving me instructions on how to fold my pram!!! OMW obviously I know how to fold my pram, like what the hell. Replied saying I know how to fold it but the right side can't fold. They said I must courier it to them and if they can't find the warranty card we have to pay for our pram to be fixed. So now I have to pay courier and "pay" for my new pram to be fixed. So now for how long do I need to be without a pram. It's so difficult to be without a pram!!! I would seriously suggest other prams. We wanted the Nula but liked the leather handle on baby buggz but we do wish we went with Nula.

Terrible service!
<p>We bought a Revo Travel System and the system is faulty, after finaly getting a response from the company they are not willing to help sort out the problem. My opinion is to NEVER buy from them, at the baby expo (or where ever they promote their products) they tell you a different story than what the terms and conditions are, as said to us the warranty was on the system now the story is that the warranty is only on the frame, the pram is barley used and has folded it self up with my son inside, luckily he didn't get hurt! The car seats handle flips over and i see this as a safety hazard to baby's! Not only am i concerned about my own child but also to the people who bought a Travel system same as mine!</p>
