Walked in. No one greets. But that's fine people are busy. Looked for Rehidrate, they only sell the sachets and not boxes so I had to walk to the one lady and ask her about it because no will ask you if they can help you. Another lady gave a giggle a said a comment towards my question to the guy. So unprofessional... Then i afked about other medication (again had to go look for someone to help me and they had like 5 people on the floor). The lady said I should go to self medication. As I got there, before even saying something another lady said you need to pay on the other side and I said no I need medication from the self medication. A guy asked me what I needed and I told him, he said no it's on the shelfs. So I adjed him where. He said somewhere on the shelfs. So I walked ans the lady said its at self medication. Getting super irrited asked the guy can someone in this place please show me where I can get this item?? He actually threw the stuff down, jumped up super itratated with me to show me. Like a little kid throwing a tantrum. I took my basket with medication and put it down and said to them I would rather go to Discem. Better, way better service there. How do people even support places like this anymore??
Checkers at Bonaero Park Shopping Centre. First time doing shopping here no one greets you. But ok, came back a second time. The lady who packs the bags would pack the bread and stasoft in the same bag (they did this the previous time) and they would only pack like 5 bags and the rest of the items loose. Now why if I asked for bags? Again service not very friendly. 3rd time today... Same, EXCATLY the same problem. So I complained about this. So the Checkers need to make sure when the staff talks about customers in front of them to make sure customers don't understand. Lady said this white woman complaining about bags. Again no apologies and no greeting. Pathetic service. Not recommended at all.
I went to the Irene Village Market for the first time this year. Was very disappointed in the market. Same as any other market. On the Facebook page they asked would you reccomend Irene Market and I said no. The organizers behind the market replied very sarcastically that if it was so dissapoiting then thet wonder why they won best market now 6 years in a row. I have the right to say how I felt about the market. If they cant handle criticism then dont give the public a chance to comment on the page I was not the only one who complained. Super unprofessional.
Horrible service. We placed an order online. They said we can collect 4-7 working days. 2 Weeks later we still have not received our order. Between me and my husband we phoned them about 2-4 times a day. No one knows whats going on. Even the manager did not assist at all. We eventually received our order after my husband lost it. No one once apologized or explained to us what is going on. The toys they sell you can also buy at other places. Would not recommend them at all !!
This company does website designing. Its been almost 2 years now for her to finish our website, social media accounts, and other things and its still not done. We have been contacting her on a daily basis and no response from her. Our website is still not finished. Our social media accounts are not done, looks terrible and we have no access to our accounts to update. She was suppose to give staff training on the website and she never did that. Still waiting for our letterheads. She made a lot of spelling mistakes on our unfinished website that we had to bring under her attention. She ignores our emails and phone calls. What we paid for we never received. We had to pay her in full for her to finish everything and after payment she never finished anything and we cant get hold of her in any way or form.
I placed a online order on the 14th of Nov 2018. They said it will take 3-5 working days for delivery. When it became 6 days I phoned them about my order. I have been phoning everyday since. They all have the same excuse that they need to track from which warehouse its from and they will phone me back asap. Then they started saying its ridiculous and they will investigate and phone me back immediately. No phone call from anyone up to now. I still have to phone every day. Its been a month now. I want them to cancel this order and refund my money asap. Horrible service in any way possible !!!!!!!!!
We bought the Triplicuty pram last year at the expo. First problem we had was the pram was suppose to have a leather handle it had a sponge handle. After sorting this out and now only been using the pram for 5months the right side is stuck so the pram can't fold. I emailed and complained and they replied giving me instructions on how to fold my pram!!! OMW obviously I know how to fold my pram, like what the hell. Replied saying I know how to fold it but the right side can't fold. They said I must courier it to them and if they can't find the warranty card we have to pay for our pram to be fixed. So now I have to pay courier and "pay" for my new pram to be fixed. So now for how long do I need to be without a pram. It's so difficult to be without a pram!!! I would seriously suggest other prams. We wanted the Nula but liked the leather handle on baby buggz but we do wish we went with Nula.
Tonight @ 9 I went to KFC drive thru. Where we had to order I waited 10min but there was no one so n drove to the pay window there was also no one waited 5 min then hooted 3 times then the lady came to take my order. Did not say anything I just had to give my order. Then at the collection window there were 3 cars in front of me. Took 20min for them to help him because there was no one. The guy hooted like 10 times. When I got to the window all the staff was standing chatting ignoring me and when my food was ready she just gave it to me and said nothing. This is not the first time that this happened. Nandos was also open. I know they are more expensive but the service there is brilliant and the chicken tastes better.
<p>On the 21st of June I went to the Doctor and Discovery said I am not covered because I have a month waiting period.<br />I was on the Delta Saver Classic from 2011.<br />I got married in April 2017 and my husband is also on the Data Saver Plan, we asked Discovery what would the steps be for me to go onto his plan.</p> <p>We followed the steps and did all the payments but saw on the forms it said I am only covered in a months time.</p> <p><br />We phoned Discovery and spoke to someone in a higher position than the call center agents.</p> <p>The lady was very helpful and said that I am covered immediately because I was on Discovery and same plan as my husband and that I am not a new member.</p> <p> But when I went to the doctor,Discovery said I am not covered and when you phone them the call center agents was absolutely unhelpful.</p> <p>They kept saying that we signed the forms that said I am on a waiting period and when we explained to them that we did speak to a lady that said I am covered they would say there are no special comments that says that on the system.</p> <p>We paid the doctors bill and the blood test but that is not the problem.</p> <p>The first lady we spoke to said that I will be covered immediately and then talking to the call centre agents they keep ons saying Im not.</p> <p>I would just like Discovery to explain this but Im not getting a reply on my emails at all.</p> <p>I have send 2 emails before and never got a reply from Discovery.</p>
<p>Theresa Makgobola ID no 6509050757081 noticed on 30-03-2016 at midnight that there was money ( R 1000 ) drawn out of my account. </p> <p>I went to ABSA to stop my card and for them to investigate.</p> <p>Now they say there is no case and they can't pay the money back because the pin was inserted !!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I had my card on me so it's not like someone stole my card and then went to draw money with my card and used my pin. </p> <p>If this is how they "investigate" Im considering moving to another bank.
