Sell defective products and won't take responsibility for them!

Your ever so useless Portable Nebulizer was good for ONE use only and after that it just refused to work. Completely unreliable in a dire situation when my 3 month old infant was sick and needed to be nebulised. I had to go out and purchase a proper Nebulizer from Dischem because your product is so defective and only works when it feels like.

How do you pride yourself in being a supplier of quality products when you have left me helpless in a time of need? What if your product decided to stop working in the middle of the night?? How was I to Nebulize my baby then??

I cannot believe that you are not willing to take responsibility for selling a defective product. I definitely would not recommend BabyWombWorld products to any mothers nor would I ever purchase a product of yours again after the dismal experience I had.

No response from customer service either! Absolutely pathetic
