Disappointed
I ordered n paid online in December last year. Uptil now I have not received My item or any communication from them. They don't answer their calls or whatsapp. I'm very disappointed as I paid the bag which was a present for someone and haven't received anything.

Are they a scam?
I bought bags online and made payment same day 2/2/23, their online shop says delivery takes 2-3 days but to my surprise i still have not received my order till today 8/3/23. They don't respond to emails or whatsapp messages. and they don't answer their fone.

Scammers
I ordered 8 bags from Bag City on the 8th of January 2023.I haven't received my order. I've been demanding my money back and thry are ignoring my communique. I wish I had seen these reviews before I got scammed by these tsotsis

COMPLAINT ABOUT MY ORDER PLACED ON THE 25 JANUARY 2023
I placed an order on the 25 January 2023 it's been processed till today no update nothing.When trying to get hold of them on WhatsApp they don't reply my text messages,phone calls are not answered and when calling it says I'm not allowed to contathe number the WhatsApp number when calling it goes to voicemail and emails are not responded

I want my money back!
I bought bags on the 16th of December 2022, I thought they have close for festive holidays when I didn't receive my order. Till today when I track my order, the status is still 'processing', more than a month later :( . They don't respond to emails and the number on their website doesn't go through. I want my money back, they are scammers.

No delivery of goods
Terrible customer service. I placed my order 3 weeks ago. Sent emails to no response. I want my money back. Don't buy from them!! My order number is 5778, they have all my contacts
