I bought sportswear online, and chose a store pick-up option. My order was shipped on the 28th of September 2024 and today is the 09th of October 2024 I have called the store several times and their call centre and I was told my order's delivery was delayed and it is sitting in the depot and courier will be arranged ASAP. I am still waiting even now, sadly I cannot event track my order when I login into my profile. I'm really dissappointed with Mr Price online
Till today I am still in awe and disappointment with dishonesty and lack of professionalism portrayed by Intercape Durban Station staff including their manager. My partner desperately needed to charge his phone which was dead before departing for Johannesburg and the ladies that were on duty behind the front desk took it and charged it for him. He then went to the bathroom, came back and waited for departure time, when it was time to board he went to collect his phone and that's when they denied ever charging a phone for him since they are not allowed to, mind you when he asked they never told him they were not allowed to charge for customers. The matter was reported to their branch superior who did nothing about it and to me it seems he was covering for his rotten staff. This is really distgusting and an act of theft. I wouldn't advice anyone using this bus service to trust the staff with their belongings.
I bought bags on the 16th of December 2022, I thought they have close for festive holidays when I didn't receive my order. Till today when I track my order, the status is still 'processing', more than a month later :( . They don't respond to emails and the number on their website doesn't go through. I want my money back, they are scammers.
