SCAM ALERT!
If I could give MINUS 5 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible. Ordered and paid on 9th July 2022, no confirmation email to confirm my order was received or update on status. Then on the 13th I received an email to inform me that my order was cancelled, no reason nothing. It is now 31 July 2022 and I am STILL waiting for a refund!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this website. Absolute scam.

No feedback since ordered on the 7th July 2022
I'm even scared to say this is a scam because my first order was delivered successfully. This is my second order and no communication whatsoever since the 7th of July when I placed and paid for my order. The email address returns a Cannot Deliver and the phone number has been suspended. Is there anyone I can contact to help me?

No delivery, No communication
Since I placed the order on the 11th of June 2022, I haven't received my order, and now their number is suspended (021 111 0576) and also they don't reply to the emails, I need delivery today or a refund, I am never buying from you guys and I won't even recommend you to anyone...

Undelivered Order And Suspicious Scam
I ordered items online on 6 June 2022 under ref BTD7711 and made a payment of R411 however up to date there is no indication when delivery will be done and no tracking history. I have sent numerous emails but no response. I need my refund ASAP.

Clothes drier foldable
I received excellent speedy service from Bag The Deal. I am so impressed by them and for them updating me constantly about the delivery of the product. I congratulate them and will recommend them. The drier was received in an excellent condition and tightly packed . Thanks.
