My home loan account was settled with the bank at the end of April 2025 and it was agreed with their consultant the account would be closed as per their policy and I opted to continue with structural insurance policy. The bank debited funds from my account until the end of September 2025 until they ultimately informed me that the insurance policy was no longer valid. I pleaded with the bank to refund me the funds that they have debited for the insurance policy since they confirmed that the account was closed in April 2025 when the home loan was settled. Furthermore, the bank has affected my credit score by claiming I defaulted with the payments therefore I insist that they rectify that statement as soon as possible owing to the fact that I have no debt against the bank. This is reflecting badly on my profile, and the bank has no factual reasoning for tarnishing my record. I am so disappointed even to the fact that they do not expedite the complaints that I made to them.
On 28 April 2025 at 14:55 I made a payment of R540 which was for the cart rental. The amount included their R200 stipulated deposit. The cart was returned in a good condition and I was told that the deposit will be refunded within 10.days. Today it is 22 April 2025 the deposit is still outstanding. Efforts to reach them on the phone has been unsuccessful.
I took my VW Polo for repairs after being referred by my insurance Wesbank to Auto Magic in Benoni. The main repair was to replace the driver's side door lock and also do the paint work. On 12 August 2024 when I collected the car the window winder was no longer functioning well as it was gripping and the same door speaker had no sound. I then notified the company about the discovery and the lady working with the deliveries of the cars informed me to bring it back as per their warranty obligation. On 26 August 2024 I returned the car only to be told that they never tempered with the parts whereas one needs to strip the panels to be able to replace the door lock. The speaker cables were also cut. They refused responsibility for the damage instead insisted that I should pay for their replacement of the window winder. I would not recommend any person to use their business since they undermine their customers and lack business acumen.
<div>In early May 2024 I rented a Suzuki car from this so called company for 6 days and returned it with no scratch or dent in perfect condition. A week later I was sent an invoice of R4500 claiming that I removed a tint from the passenger side window to my dismay the vehicle was properly inspected when it was returned. I disputed such claim and they later apologized that it was an oversight from their side and they further begged that I should take down my initial review that I made on this platform. I agreed out of goodwill. About 2 weeks ago another invoice was recieved from them claiming that I had a traffic infringement resulting from the period of my rental however the times quoted are a discrepancy since I know that the car was parked and not in use. I asked them to provide me with copy of such an infringement which they promised to email to me to my surprise they decided to debit my credit card for a redirecting fee although they failed to provide the copy that I requested. On the payfines website when I searched for the same infringement it did not appear neither was it available on the list of my fines that I receive monthly. This is the last stroke I would deal with such a company or business I would recommend any other competitors besides Pace rentals. I am with another reputable company now and have peace of mind.</div>
On 6 May 2024 I rented a Suzuki B class car KS46BMGP from Pace rentals in Marlboro and the delivery was smooth. The car was returned to the same location on 11 May 2024 in perfect condition and it was inspected with no damage. Surprisingly on 24 May 2024 exactly after 2 weeks I received a R4500 invoice for an alleged damaged on the front passenger window. I have so many questions that are so upsetting with the kind of service run by the company How do claim damages after the inspection confirmed that the car has no damages? What do you expect about your customer relationship and reputation if you think you want cover your costs at the customers expenses? Why was it reported only after 13 days if really the damage originated from the period of my rental. With all being said I have decided to never use their services ever again for your unfair business practice, niyanya Kanti tsek. Further to that I dare you I shall never bother myself paying for a damage that I did not do.
On 5 September 2022 parcels were delivered at my address from homechoice on my name and I immediately reported the matter to Vosloorus SAPS who apprehended a suspect who had used my identity to *****ulently purchase the parcels from Homechoice as per Vosloorus CAS 23/09/2022. I took an initiative to directly contact Homechoice ***** department who confirmed receipt of all documents that they required and later informed me that the matter was resolved and the debt written off. Their reference was #2487423. Recently after 16 months I have been receiving demands from their collections stating that I should settle the account. I have so many questions. 1. Why are they still demanding payments if the account was *****ulently opened and they promised to investigate the matter. 2. Why am I being harrassed? 3. Is the company following good business practices in that my details were used to open another account since they failed to protect my personal details hence the suspect did confess to the police that he got my details from one of the employees of Homechoice to open the account.
Expected to receive my Shein parcel before 30 November 2022 as I was patiently waiting at home from 30 Nov to 2 December 2022 and no delivery was executed. Suddenly on their tracking they claim to have attempted a delivery of which that is a pure lie to cover for their poor service. TOTAL FAILURES THIS ONES. Parcel BUFZA4111422015YQ.
I ordered items online on 6 June 2022 under ref BTD7711 and made a payment of R411 however up to date there is no indication when delivery will be done and no tracking history. I have sent numerous emails but no response. I need my refund ASAP.
I had been receiving calls from different consultants every week with different amounts all on the same reference for an Ampath account dating from 19 Oct 2020 however I insisted on enquiring with my medical cover regarding any payment brought forward and they confirmed an amount total R357 was not paid. I made arrangements to pay R200 for ref 1001076734712 and the consultant confirmed there was only 250 that had accumulated interests that was outstanding. On 11 September 2021 a consultant contacted me with a different ref for the same service of 19 Oct 2021 insisting a different account was created with ref. 10001076716059 to the amount of R620.00. I am in dispute of unfair and ridiculous business practice by the company that is meant to exploit individuals all in a name of staying relevant. The statement on ref. 10001076716059 is fictitious and cooked which could be a result of Fraud.
As per my repeated frustrations with the standard bank insurance their unprofessional, pathetic and incompetent service is still persistent. The claim that I made 3 weeks ago the wardrobe that was damaged by the storm is still not replaced and fixed. I have been calling almost everyday and all what their consultants have been saying is that they will attend to my issue. 3 Weeks now my house is still a mess and so bad is the situation that their assessor who promised to come to my place failed to pitch up on 2 occasions and when I contacted him he sounded drunk. My ref is still 19/087506.
