Bad customer experience. Unprofessional behaviour
I went to bag world on Friday (2 July), the one at Canal Walk in Cape Town and I bought something on lay-buy. I was promised when I was in store that they will send my receipt and advise my next two payments via email. To date I have not received anything and their phone takes you straight to voicemail.

10 Jul 2021, 12:39The issue has been resolved. Interesting that BagworldZA does not reply on Hellopeter but expects me to come and write here that the issue is resolved. You’d think they would have the decency to reply on this platform but hey, issue resolved! Thanks BagworldZA!! Note that the mall management was also given an update on the situation. early in the week already. Any other various platforms remaining?
