Bailey prop - no accountability.

We purchased a house from Shanaaz (the agent) in 2020 and it transferred in November.

Leading up to transfer date, we were assured we were getting house plans (we were told the owner has them), keys and everything on our offer to purchase was already taken care of. For example, the garage doors must be functioning.

To date, the OTP conditions have not all been met and the estate agent/conveyancing attorney have shown no interest over the past 5 months to hold the necessary parties accountable.

We have been advised to consult with an independent legal advisor to hold the agent/seller accountable for the costs involved with fulfilling their promises and contractual obligations.
