Extremely professional and efficient... always taking both the Landlord and the Tenant's wellbeing into account, with a thorough understanding of the legal requirements at hand.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I would rate them a zero if I could. They are exceptionally rude to clients, do not confirm viewings and then blame client for not showing. Some of us have jobs and need proper confirmation before leaving the office. They conduct business very very poorly. I have been watching their property for a few months and now understand why it has not sold yet. I would love to add the extremely rude emails that I have received from their agents Shanaaz Bailey.

Sadly the worst Estate agency I’ve ever come across. Shanaaz is a nightmare to work with. She is unprofessional, uses crude language and will do whatever it takes to avoid paying to back a deposit. She also takes at least 2 weeks to respond to an urgent query. One of her wardrobe doors in her rotten cottages had to fall on my child for her to fix it. Whether you’re a great tenant who pays on time and as nice as I was to clean her disgusting fridge, couches and spruce up the her cottage does not matter! Upon serving 2 months notice and spending over R1,000 for a clean up, repair and repaint of the cottage (by her trusted handyman whom she recommended on multiple occasions and a cleaning lady), she sent me a wild statement which stated that after redoing all the work that I paid for (claiming it was done poorly) she’d only return just over R1000 from my R5500 deposit. Shocking. Then after a month of calling her and emailing her with no response, asking about the measly R1000 she said she’d pay, she texts me a statement that included a cost of a microwave replacement for a microwave I didn't use!!! This as you can already assume, cost the amount she was meant to pay me back and more. I am shocked, appalled and disappointed that a person like this even exists. She will take advantage of you one way or another. I should’ve listened to the other tenants that left!

We purchased a house from Shanaaz (the agent) in 2020 and it transferred in November. Leading up to transfer date, we were assured we were getting house plans (we were told the owner has them), keys and everything on our offer to purchase was already taken care of. For example, the garage doors must be functioning. To date, the OTP conditions have not all been met and the estate agent/conveyancing attorney have shown no interest over the past 5 months to hold the necessary parties accountable. We have been advised to consult with an independent legal advisor to hold the agent/seller accountable for the costs involved with fulfilling their promises and contractual obligations.
