Purchased a BMW from Fire It Up and was impressed with the quick and easy process to walk in and ride out.
I rcently used XS Promotions for various business functions. Although the order was relatively small, the XS team kept me updated and delivered on time. Can definitely recommend for high quality vehicle branding and social media related work.
The shop recently opened in Randburg JHB has very helpful staff who are knowledgable about the various aspects of PPE. Not a large variety of items but I was told this will increase as the store construction comes to an end.
We purchased a house from Shanaaz (the agent) in 2020 and it transferred in November. Leading up to transfer date, we were assured we were getting house plans (we were told the owner has them), keys and everything on our offer to purchase was already taken care of. For example, the garage doors must be functioning. To date, the OTP conditions have not all been met and the estate agent/conveyancing attorney have shown no interest over the past 5 months to hold the necessary parties accountable. We have been advised to consult with an independent legal advisor to hold the agent/seller accountable for the costs involved with fulfilling their promises and contractual obligations.
After being lied to and messed around by Vodacom customer care, Openserve complaints team arranged for a wifi installation to be completed and checked a few days later when issues arose.
Vodacom responded on this platform to "An organization that thrives on incompetence" stating the matter was being looked at by the 'CEO office'. Since receiving this on 02/12/2020 NO RESPONSE from Vodacom. This related to a fiber relocation that Vodacom has failed to complete. After breaching their own complaints handling procedure, as published on their website, they have not responded to the formal complaint and weeks later we are without delivery of our items as Vodacom keeps giving the courier the incorrect address. Supervisors that are supposed to have called back Phazal. Mahlambe, Sbu and Buja - none of which have bothered to call back. Vodacom, this is not good business practice. Refusing make contact is not how you solve the problems you created. Escalated to Fatima Hassim this morning.
Vodacom has failed to arrive for a fiber relocation, despite access being arranged to the property and documents being submitted more than a month in advance. The line was meant to have been moved between 23/11-27/11 and no technician arrived. We are working from home (with the rest of the world) and are now incurring additional costs to have temporary internet to work. The call center acknowledges the request was 'not picked up' by anyone in October despite an automated SR being sent confirming receipt. No response or acknowledgement from Vodacom complaints . A fine example of an organization that has no idea of what their clients experience every time they deal with poorly trained staff. As of now the supervisors this has been escalated to are Phazal. Mahlambe, Sbu and Buja - none of which have bothered to call back. This is a simple operational task. Vodacom, you should re-evaluate who is representing your brand.
Efficient service from well trained, helpful employees. After a new fibre installation was completed, there was no internet connection and no assistance from Afrihost. SADV assisted with troubleshooting and offered to telecon with Afrihost to resolve the matter. SADV sent a technician out to check the installation even though it was tested and reported no faults. Eventually the fault was located and corrected at Afrihost, resulting in a working fibre connection. SADV's after sales support has been excellent and I will recommend them to anyone looking for fibre related services.
