Terrible/Pathetic service of Bakgat pools (Shane)

Bakgat Pools Western Cape have the worst and terrible service ever. Started with installation in November 2017. Pool was installed without side reinforcement. Pool side walls buckled in. Beginning of February 2018, after numerous complaints they opened the whole pool again, installing the reinforcement. After that they left my pool with a lot of dirt in it and never removed the stockpiles of gravel from my premises. Pool sides are still buckling due to poor workmanship. Shane never answer any mails or phone calls. 6 months down the line and pool is still in a bad shape. People be aware of this company/Shane. They don`t have a clue how to install pools. Bad bad service.

Dear Cameron,

I have no shame in admitting that the severed drought affected our company.

Unfortunately, I could not provide you with the service as promised by our company's long time reputation. I do apologise.

I could've handled the situation a lot better. I understand that we left your pool dirty and there was still some building rubble on your site, however, our quotation stipulates that we can only do the soil removal in a 30km radius in and around Bellville.

We entirely understand your frustration and hope that the outstanding monies on your project compensates for the cleaning of your pool.
