I'm angry that hello peter makes me give 1 star to proceed to write my review. We have purchased a 80K lounge suite from Bakos which had to be exchanged and took many months. we had also bought leather dining room chairs, during their beginning of year crazy sale- marked down 50% this was 3 years back we paid R3000 per chair on the sale when the chairs arrived I was disappointed as the wood on the legs was such poor quality but after the drama with the lounge suite I just didn't have the energy and left it. Now I see after years of treating it with their leather treatment for leather that the seating area is cracking.... I called customer care and was advised they will call me back two weeks later I called again to be told they had tried calling me....not sure on what number- Today im told that our leather chairs are in fact imported VINYL chairs and not leather at all- why was I then sold "leather "chairs as well as the "leather" treatment the customer care lady Candice then proceeded to tell me that the price R3000 should tell me its not leather, I told her that it was the sale price ….and I for one don't like being sold and item under false pretenses they should advertise their items as Vinyl chairs not Leather chairs and sell their client leather treatment for years...…. she advise they will recover the chairs at our cost. NO Thanks - Bad quality and bad service - don't waste your money at bakos youre not buying what is on the floor or in fact whats on the description -and none of their "leather" furniture is guaranteed....
