We really should start adding 0 star reviews, my parents booked this spa trip so they can relax and celebrate 25 years of being together and raising us kids, my mother has a necklace which she has never taken off- it is a heart necklace which I teethed on as a baby and it still bares the teeth markings of this.

Whilst relaxing during her well deserved neck scrub my mother's necklace mysteriously disappeared off her neck. She has worn this for so long that she didn't even notice until she got home, we as a family have tried NUMUROUS times to get into contact with absolutely anyone at this spa and NO ONE has made contact with us, their phone message claiming calls are important is an utter lie as no one phones you back.

There is no way for this necklace to have fallen off, and even if it had fallen why does it take over 48 hours at this point for them to get back to you?

When I used my secondary number to pretend to make a booking it took mere minutes to respond but you ignore someone who is attempting to get a sentimental item back? One that is worth more than anything money could ever by someone?
