Never delivers.
This delivery company is entirely ***********, continuing to not deliver packages and telling customers to wait. I have had 9 orders total with Buffalo, and all of 1 showed up on time, and it's the one order where I was waiting outside to receive it. Any package sent for delivery that you are not home for, always ends up with one phone call and no way of contacting the driver if you are busy at that minute. I received a singular call and happened not be right next to my phone; it rang for all of 10 seconds before being dropped, with no way to call back and speak to the driver. I have never met a company so useless

A very happy camper!
We've recently had a camera system installed at our premises, Nano Secure has been the first company to reinstate our paving, where we can't see where they have pulled out bricks and return them. We are very happy with our camera system and the after market service provided

This company does not deliver on their promises
My experience with Incredible Connections has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. I paid for an item in full and have not received it, yet the company has shown no urgency or proper effort to resolve the issue. I’ve been left chasing updates and explanations that never come, while the product I paid for remains undelivered. A retailer has a simple responsibility: provide the item a customer has purchased or promptly fix the situation when something goes wrong. Instead, I’ve been met with unhelpful responses and a lack of accountability from Incredible Connections. I should not have to constantly follow up and plead for the basic service I am entitled to. At this point, I feel ignored, undervalued, and completely let down. Until Incredible Connections demonstrates greater reliability and respect for its customers, I cannot recommend it. No one should have to work this hard just to receive what they’ve already paid for.

He made sure I had all the information I needed, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

These people will truly not care about you.
We really should start adding 0 star reviews, my parents booked this spa trip so they can relax and celebrate 25 years of being together and raising us kids, my mother has a necklace which she has never taken off- it is a heart necklace which I teethed on as a baby and it still bares the teeth markings of this. Whilst relaxing during her well deserved neck scrub my mother's necklace mysteriously disappeared off her neck. She has worn this for so long that she didn't even notice until she got home, we as a family have tried NUMUROUS times to get into contact with absolutely anyone at this spa and NO ONE has made contact with us, their phone message claiming calls are important is an utter lie as no one phones you back. There is no way for this necklace to have fallen off, and even if it had fallen why does it take over 48 hours at this point for them to get back to you? When I used my secondary number to pretend to make a booking it took mere minutes to respond but you ignore someone who is attempting to get a sentimental item back? One that is worth more than anything money could ever by someone?
