Appalling/Brutal Staff and Customer Service

<p>I have been to ballbreakers fourways a few times and have nothing good to say about them. The staff from the bouncers to the bar staff are incredibly unfriendly. I have witnessed a number of incidents with people being thrown out due to disputes with bar staff (related to deposits and owings) and on my last visit (a couple months ago) i saw a drunk person being hit in the face with a pool cue by a bouncer. He had been thrown out and was making alot of noise but did not deserve to get hit in the face with a weapon by someone twice his size. I get the feeling that they just kick people out for whatever reason and that one must be careful. Hence the fact that I have decide to stop going there. Having read the other 2 hellopeter reviews in the last 365 days i am sure i have got it right and decided to post my own review. They are simply looking to make money (by overcharging customers or taking their deposit/jukebox money) and if the customer is not happy they get thrown out.  In particual, there is a white male manager there who is totally unprofessional and talks to customers like they are just stupid drunk people. I believe he is largely responsible for what goes on there. I would like to add that i have been to other ballbreakers franchises and have not had these problems. I suggest that the franchisor and franchisee (owner) take a long hard look at the management of this particular franchise because the way they conduct business is appaling and even brutal at times. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO BALLBREAKERS FOURWAYS!!!</p>
