Good Day Mrs. Dreyer, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I have investigated these issues with our staff, please see my findings below:
- We were not aware of issues with the shower, ceiling fan or bedding. We asked our supervisor to visit the apartment today and investigate. She has reported that there is no issue with the shower leaking but the maid mentioned that the bath sometimes leaks when used, the ceiling fan is working and there is a stain on one of the duvet inners and the others are getting old. Please accept our apologies for the oversight. We have asked the owners maid to report issues in a more timeous manner and we reported this to the owner so it can be addressed ASAP.
- Unfortunately, the noise from the other apartments in the complex is completely out of our control. As you can see, we have extremely strict rules to prevent these issues, but these tenants did not book through us. We tried our best to contact the owner of the unit and report the problem tenants but there was not much more we could do unfortunately. We would have been more than happy to move you to another apartment. When Shiloana was speaking to you about the issue, you mentioned that might want to move and would let her know. We did not hear back from you regarding moving.
- I am so sorry to hear that your granddaughter was sick on your holiday. We are not aware of any ecoli issues on our beaches. Our water is tested on a weekly basis and the reports indicate that our beaches are safe to swim in.
