Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service from Ballito Accommodation. My many questions and queries were answered with so much politeness and patience. The gas tank on the braai stand ran out of gas during our Sunday evening braai. We called after hours and were assisted in less than half an hour with a replacement tank! Due to us living far from the coast, unexpected circumstances and a whole lot of packing delayed us. We called and they were understanding and kind enough to let us leave a few minutes later. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for my family and I being treated so well. The unit we had for the weekend was perfect. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ballito Accommodation for your next family vacation.
