Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service from Ballito Accommodation. My many questions and queries were answered with so much politeness and patience. The gas tank on the braai stand ran out of gas during our Sunday evening braai. We called after hours and were assisted in less than half an hour with a replacement tank! Due to us living far from the coast, unexpected circumstances and a whole lot of packing delayed us. We called and they were understanding and kind enough to let us leave a few minutes later. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for my family and I being treated so well. The unit we had for the weekend was perfect. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ballito Accommodation for your next family vacation.

Poor customer service
We have taken a router deal but have had nothing but problems. Their call centre is not operational so I've been trying to correspond via email. It's been 6 days since I was told that someone will contact me within 24hours. I would not recommend Mobile Talk to anyone.

Mr Price account closure
I was retrenched last year so I paid up my account and signed a document to have the account closed. Monthly charges were being deducted from an advance payment,instead of Mrp telling me I over paid. I went back to the store in July, November and May! Only R183 was left of the advance payment which was put onto a gift card. I spent the better half of the day in store talking to call centre agents who assured me it will be closed. I went back to the store yet again to confirm and received no help yet again. If anyone can advise how to forcefully close an account please advise.

Fraudulent debits
These people have fraudulently debited money from my account! Multiple unauthorized transactions. I am beyond ****ed off as I've had no help from the bank and no contact from Sportingbet!
