Despite multiple emails clearly stating my availability for router collection, the company consistently ignored my instructions. Today, the courier arrived at my home without any prior notice, on the very same day I was supposedly “booked,” forcing me to scramble to make the handover.

Adrian is dismissive, unhelpful, and shows no accountability. The company operates like a ****a shop — chaotic, disorganized, and entirely customer-unfriendly. I strongly caution anyone considering their services: expect poor communication, last-minute changes, and staff who ignore your clearly stated needs.
