Poor service delivery

I made a purchase of a base through payflex. The delivery was scheduled for 3 to 5 working days . Today is now day 7 the only thing I get from them is whatsapp messages. They said they'll compensate me with pillows . I regret buying from them. Their senior consultant Thabang keeps giving empty promises
