Poor service delivery
I made a purchase of a base through payflex. The delivery was scheduled for 3 to 5 working days . Today is now day 7 the only thing I get from them is whatsapp messages. They said they'll compensate me with pillows . I regret buying from them. Their senior consultant Thabang keeps giving empty promises

Bullying and beaten up Inside school premises
My Son was bul**** at school he got beaten by 5 learners,he is doing Grade 2 and those learners are doing grade 5. They went to his class and beat him up and is nit for the 1st time, now I go to school to seek answers as to how it happened and enquiring about his safety. Principal Pootgieter threatens to call the security, how am I the bad person when my son is the one that got bul****. The "best thing" they did was to give those learners warning and proudly saying if nothing is done I should go to the district.

Racism
Monyetla Vesco services in Vanderbijlpark is one one of the racist place and black on black hate is heart breaking . People that work in that company's offices really treat people like trash we don't even treat animals like that, I still can't believe we still experience that kind of treatment even after democracy yoh,they treat their workers very bad especially the ones that are in contract . They don't want to issue them their UIF papers they give them run arounds ,the treatment they give to them is really heart breaking

Pick 'N Pay Ola supermarket
Today I went to get a cash back at Pick 'N Pay Ola supermarket in Bophelong 1045 Moraka Street yeei the whole staff is rude they won't even bother to give you half of the money you are requesting they will will tell you in a rude manner "we don't have money". They have no customer services at all we've been complaining to management but nothing has been done to improve the service

False advertising
I bought a pair of Vans sneakers for my son at Totalsports Vaal mall branch last year on the 28th of November 2019 and asked the lady that helped me will it be possible for me to exchange if not get a refund within allocated time cause I'm not sure of the size and the lady said no problem as long as I still have a receipt .Today I went to Vanderbijlpark branch to get a refund because the sneaker is too small for my son he wore them on the 1st Sunday and he didn't even went outside because the sneaker is too small then I decided to pack them in the box and return it to the nearest branch which is Vanderbijlpark. I got the rude lady telling me they can't refund me my money back and she even said the sneaker is clean I then explained to her the whole situation her name is Thembi I even I asked her about the 6months refund policy man I got a lecture of my life I will never buy anything from Totalsports now I'm stuck with a small sneaker my money went down the drain.

On Black friday the 29th of November at 12am, I went to Game store at Vanderbijlpark Vaal Mall to buy a KIC Chester freezer which I saw on the leaflet it was not avaible. So I paid the amount that was requested till this day I haven't received any means of communication from them and I already bought food that needs a freezer I'm so disappointed I trusted Game store for many years.
