I had a american guest for lunch,his bill came to R2500.oo ,the waitress mistakly add a zero ,I repaid the gentleman s difference into his south african family s account,the the bank of america then also substracted the amount from my account,the cardholder went to the bank and got the charge refunded this happened in september and up until now no refund is refleckting,what can I do???

I was ****med into investing with them via a whatsapp group that convinced us they have an office is in Cape Town and they have bios on the website, they said they're registered with the FSP and have the registration number but this is just a front to fool us into giving them our money without any returns and then asking for more money like account activation fees and safe handling fees and portfolio fees before we get our money back. When I ask to speak to BoA branch manager they said he's unable to speak to clients, only the Group Admins can talk to us.

I was ****med into investing with them via a whatsapp group that convinced us they have an office is in Cape Town and they have bios on the website, they said they're registered with the FSP and have the registration number but this is just a front to fool us into giving them our money without any returns and then asking for more money like account activation fees and safe handling fees and portfolio fees before we get our money back. Pathetic communication. Why must I wait for a card to be delivered ??? 4-6 working days!! This is so inconvenient. I come from a third world country and I can get a card instantly. The banker gave me a business card and her email does not work? I mean C'mon!!! There is ZERO communication regarding when my card will arrive ??? I have to physically go into the bank to file a complaint and I still can't get my card??

Hi. I have been into your bank many times. Everyone aside from your manager is helpful and polite .your manager Valarie is disgusting .she is dismissive, rude and fairly certain an anti semite. She wanted to call security because I lost my debit card and wanted to replace it. Im moving banks and I thought you should know why??? How can you put someone in charge of customers of she has no patience .

BofA froze $44,000.00 without any reason. Never once did BofA consider the money may have been needed for an orphanage, health reasons etc. I did finally receive the money and was able to wire to the orphanage, but who was hurt in all of this? BofA didn't care whatsoever. The accounts were closed without any reason and an attitude they didn't need one. Customer service was disgusting. I didn't lose any money in the closure so I did not go to court, but I would have had there been financial loss at that time. I was able to open other bank accounts. I work with many clients for many reasons. I have a business license and follow all federal and state laws. I've been insinuated by BofA I am possibly associated to or conducting business from clients to activity is not upstanding or honorable. I am very fortunate my clients always defend me when someone tries to destroy my character or business affairs. I've warned BofA to stop or I will have to ask a judge to recognize the influence of my business prosperity in a negative way by BofA to other banks as well.
