Worst service
Worst service ever!! Went to greenstone, asked for straight forward zero cut on back and sides and blend in with the top. Ten minutes later “barber” still containing to chop and change between numbers with no clue how to blend. After again explaining I get told he knows what he is doing! I know what I wanted - how dare he decide for me how he wants to cut my hair. After paying the ridiculous amount of money for a half cut and bad service we get told to get out!

Worst service

Tribalism issues at Barber Lou
This is the worst place to get your hair done. We experienced some tribalism while we were waiting for our turn to get a haircut.

Pathetic service
Im only giving them one star because I have to rate this service, if I could give it a ZERO I would. I went to Barber Lou New Marker Mall to TRIM my child's hair, as the barber started cutting I immediately stopped him as he was not at all trimming he was cutting off lengths of hair, I asked him what he was doing because we only asked for a trim, his response was he is trimming, I asked if he knew what trimming was as he obviously didn't. We told him before he started that we only want our child's hair trimmed. Who manages this store anyway, every week a new person is cutting hair in that place its never consistent. I should have just gone to the Indians around the corner at least they know what they doing.

Disgusted with Barber Lou service
Good day,<br> <br> Last week Thursday I went to Eastgate to do my usual monthly banking, as I left FNB I noted a Barber Lou store and decided to have my cut done there, R140 later and I left, with Gel in it looked ok, that night I got home and had a shower, only to see the horror of uneven cut all round, where did you people find this lady to cut hair, was she a car guard that you approached and then placed in your salon to cut hair because she definitely cant cut. I had to go Saturday to my usual barber in Boksburg to have the mess Barber Lou made fixed up, another R60 to fix. I went to the Barber Lou store in Parkrand before and they also cut like someone who cant cut. Please hire people that was trained to cut hair, I've wasted time and money and will never set foot in a barber Lou again. Disgusted!!!
