Placed an order for 1000 rand thinking I was supporting a local business, 22 days later still no delivery - no responses to emails - these are ****mers
I just obtained a home loan from Nedbank, firstly they ask when you want your debit order and then ignore the date you ask for. Secondly they capture incorrect info on your application and couldnt be bothered to rectify it and expect me to then waste my time to go into their branch (which took me 25 minutes on the phone to figure out after which I just got cut off! Never ever again no matter what interest rate they offer, thank goodness I had the good sense to not move my banking
I bought a voucher in December on my account for my mom for Xmas, when she attempted to use it the card was empty. Amazingly there is no phone number for the Woolies voucher team hence I had to email for a week before I even got a response, even with a response resolution was not forthcoming hence I gave my mom the cash instead. I then requested that my account be credited, they flat out refuse to do so. To date I still don’t have my account credited nor do I have my voucher with my money yet I must still pay my account. I will be paying my account in full and closing my account. Horrible service
Worst service ever!! Went to greenstone, asked for straight forward zero cut on back and sides and blend in with the top. Ten minutes later “barber” still containing to chop and change between numbers with no clue how to blend. After again explaining I get told he knows what he is doing! I know what I wanted - how dare he decide for me how he wants to cut my hair. After paying the ridiculous amount of money for a half cut and bad service we get told to get out!
Totally shocking service. I ordered online was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday, the following Wednesday nothing next day nothing. I called and emailed and cancelled my order to which Natalie Geldenhuys then said they would refund me which was 6 May. To date when I call I’m put on hold and then they put the phone down, when I’m lucky enough to not have the phone put down in my ear I’m told they waiting for finance and have no clue when they will refund me! Got hold of an area manager named Jackie who promised to call back in ten min, two hours later I had to call her back. And guess what? Same answer “we have no idea when we will give your money back”. Their service is terrible and their staff don’t care about service or even common decency to treat customers ok this way
I have never come across such unscrupulous people in my life, I applied for credit when they are asking me for my expenses as I am giving it to them I say for example 3000 for food they type 2000 when I ask what they are doing they tell me they do that so I can get more credit!! I refused this and said I want the truthful and correct info captured, to me that constitutes defrauding your own company. They then deliver me the scratched and broken demo model from the store when I had blatantly said in store I am paying for new and want new. I then get told to just keep it and they will send the supplier! I have demanded my deal to be cancelled. Never have I come across such lying, scheming people
I am truly fed up with Ocean Basket Glen Marais Every single time I order food via Mr Delivery my food is raw ? is it because you know the customer won’t drive there and complain? Is raw mussels and prawns the ocean basket standard for take aways???
<p>I rented a laptop from Go Rentals up to and including the 02nd of September, besides the rental charge I had to also pay R2500 deposit for the laptop. I was told I would have to wait 7 - 10 days for my deposit to be refunded, today is the 26th and still I am begging for my refund!! I have spoken to Chantel in accounts as well as Clayton as the head of sales. Everyday I get told by the end of the day or the next day or it has been done. Dont trust them </p>
