I had an excellent experience with Go Rentals from start to finish. The entire process, from submitting my application to the final delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. Their communication was outstanding — I was always kept informed and every question I had was answered quickly. The turnaround time was far better than I expected as well. A special thank you to Patrick, who assisted me throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had an excellent experience with Go Rentals from start to finish. The entire process, from submitting my application to the final delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. I am doing a conference and approached Go Rentals to hire a laptop. I got quoted R 995, (after three days of back and fourth, demanding every increasing private information) but when the invoice arrived they demanded R 3500 deposit, which would take 10 days to refund, after the weeks rental period, and the equipment has been returned! Very unprofessional, and time consuming when they could have stated that from the beginning. I have hired from go rentals in the past, with no issues, but will not be calling on them again, I will take my business elsewhere.

I am doing a conference and approached Go Rentals to hire a laptop. Absolutely appalling service. Very efficient at making sure that the rental fee is paid in advance. However, huge struggle to get the machine delivered on the morning required, and am now struggling to get them to pick up their machine. Ashveer and Jessica just ignore my attempts to contact them. The ineffeciency is appalling as is the disrespect. Will never use Go Rentals again.

I was given the task to find 80 computers for a 3 month training session. I am in procurement and it is very rare to find a company as service driven as this one. When I came to the office, everyone greeted me, from security to staff walking by asking if I had been assisted. The process from Peter's quote, all the way through to accounts and installation was just as impressive. This is our first time renting, so we paid a deposit which was refunded after. One unit was accidentally damaged by our student and this was covered by the insurance that is included. wow wow wow, who knew that you can rent computers.

Horrible experience. Once they have your money and deposit (which is a different complaint, R 12,000.00 deposit for a R 1,000.00 rental? Because that makes total sense). You do not hear back from them that funds were received in good order. Collecting the equipment was a mission as there is no formal reception and just dodgy looking shutter doors (which sometimes dont even open). Dropping off the equipment I was told it has to be back by 9am, I was there at 9am, yet took another 45 min for them to actually check the items back into their system and issue me with the paper work. I mean come on, it was 3x ipads, how difficult could that be. And then the most frustrating and horrendous part yet, getting my R 12,000.00 refund (which I am still currently waiting for as I write this review). They state 7-10 business days to refund, which I waited. Still nothing. Stacey just kept saying "It's loaded on the system" yet cannot give me a date or proof that it was loaded. Only once I threatened with social media did she bother to provide any proof. But no, it does not end there. I was told that I have pay into an account that would reflect immediately as to avoid delays with the rental, which I did FNB to FNB. However, they feel it is acceptable to refund to an FNB account from Standard Bank which is going to cause another 2-3 day delay as it will have to clear. Utterly disappointing and will never use them again for any of our clients needs. ATTROCIOUS!!!!

Thank you for the exceptional service. This was the first time we used Go Rentals. You guys made our Annual Sales Conference a success. There was so much rental tech there, I honestly don't know how you did it. A special thanks to Clayton and Carl, but the whole team was fantastic.

We needed to expand a call centre by dozens of computers within 3 days and someone suggested renting, as no-one could supply us over the festive season. Go Rentals were the only company to get us a quote the same day, and somehow managed to deliver and set up the equipment in such a short time frame. Thank you Peter and your team, as well as accounts who approved us and even your guys on-site were professional and swift. I will definitely be recommending you to other CIO's.
