Pathetic Serivce and Customer Support. Florence is ignorant, unqualified and absolutely pathetic at her job! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this level of service and judging by all your reviews across multiple platforms, I am not the only one that thinks so. Will be considering a different company for our accounting software needs.
The loading process is the stupidest thing i have ever encountered. "Take a Selfie" to sign in...Now that sounds like a good idea until the app says your face doesnt match their records! So you are telling me I had to scan my license and ID book so that you have something to use as reference material and you are shocked that current face does not look exactly the same as my ID from 15 YEARS AGO or my license from 5 YEARS AGO....SHOCKER! I called support who just instructed me to send an email. Surprise surprise, still havent had any feedback. Useless. If this is how the bank starts off in the beginning, i feel sorry for anyone that stays with them long term. I for sure am not going to.
Horrible experience. Once they have your money and deposit (which is a different complaint, R 12,000.00 deposit for a R 1,000.00 rental? Because that makes total sense). You do not hear back from them that funds were received in good order. Collecting the equipment was a mission as there is no formal reception and just dodgy looking shutter doors (which sometimes dont even open). Dropping off the equipment I was told it has to be back by 9am, I was there at 9am, yet took another 45 min for them to actually check the items back into their system and issue me with the paper work. I mean come on, it was 3x ipads, how difficult could that be. And then the most frustrating and horrendous part yet, getting my R 12,000.00 refund (which I am still currently waiting for as I write this review). They state 7-10 business days to refund, which I waited. Still nothing. Stacey just kept saying "It's loaded on the system" yet cannot give me a date or proof that it was loaded. Only once I threatened with social media did she bother to provide any proof. But no, it does not end there. I was told that I have pay into an account that would reflect immediately as to avoid delays with the rental, which I did FNB to FNB. However, they feel it is acceptable to refund to an FNB account from Standard Bank which is going to cause another 2-3 day delay as it will have to clear. Utterly disappointing and will never use them again for any of our clients needs. ATTROCIOUS!!!!
I am shocked by the lack of quality control in the repairs department with Vodacom.<br> <br> 9 days ago I had to book my phone, Sony Z3, in for repairs as I was having problems with the battery pack.<br> <br> Today I was told that the phone was ready for collection. When I arrived at the repairs centre in Vodaworld Midrand all I encountered was stupidity, incompetence and a great lack of Service.<br> <br> When my ticket was announced (after 45min of waiting) I went to counter 11 and was not even greeted by the person. She didnt say anything at all. Just stared at me. I then told her I am here to collect my phone. Still no reply. She grabbed my Job Form out of my hand and continued to type. I sat in silence with this lady for 20min waiting for my phone. When I got the phone it was not even put together correctly. Your repairs dep. didnt bother to check that the phone is completely closed up as the back side of the phone was open, exposing all of its inner workings. Unacceptable.<br> <br> I called the manager and was told to re-book the phone so it can be sent back. <br> <br> The person that i was given off didnt bother saying anything, when I was told to sign papers he couldnt explain what they were for.<br> <br> UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
I went into Edgars Northgate to apply for credit. Filled out the forms and provided the necessary documents (bank statements, ID, proof of residence) everything was sent through to the designated people at head office. 5 hours later still no acceptance or declination from their side only pending. Claiming that they did not receive the bank statement even though the store dent it to various email addresses and I did the same. This morning I receive a call asking for statements. I once again send the documents. 3 hours later still no response or progress. Please note that my friend applied with me for his credit and it took 10 min. This is ridiculous and quite frankly very aggravating.
