Absolutely appalling service. Very efficient at making sure that the rental fee is paid in advance. However, huge struggle to get the machine delivered on the morning required, and am now struggling to get them to pick up their machine. Ashveer and Jessica just ignore my attempts to contact them. The ineffeciency is appalling as is the disrespect. Will never use Go Rentals again.
In May of this year I notified Vodacom that I wished to cancel a Contract. At the end of July I was still charged, and according to the Website, I will be charged at the end of August as well. This is unacceptable, and want an immediate refund and assurances that the contract is cancelled and closed.
<p>I do not have a Foschini Account, never have and never will.</p> <p>Yet, several times a day, for weeks now, I have been harrassed by attempted phone calls from ********** . Several caller id websites and apps have identified this number as belonging to Foschini. Users of these id sites and apps all express their extreme displeasure at the level of harrassment from this number.</p> <p>This is unacceptable, and this harrassment will stop immediately or I will take further action!</p> <p> </p>
