I had an excellent experience with Go Rentals from start to finish. The entire process, from submitting my application to the final delivery, was smooth and hassle-free. Their communication was outstanding β I was always kept informed and every question I had was answered quickly. The turnaround time was far better than I expected as well. A special thank you to Patrick, who assisted me throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. My client has been asking for amortization schedules on 2 old accounts for 3 months now and you guys simply ignore her! We need to finalise her financials and can not proceed without it! Ridiculous
I joined ABSA Activate in July 2024, and to this day, my rewards have not been calculated or paid out, despite driving safely. I've reached out multiple times, but there has been no response to my queries. The lack of communication and follow-through is incredibly frustrating. I expected more from a service that promotes rewarding safe driving. At this point, ABSA Activate feels completely useless. Highly disappointed.
It has been 2 months!!! My contract has still not been transferred to my new vehicle. No one has contacted me to fit my new device into the new vehicle. USELESS!!!!
Saturday morning, lying in bed thinking - fixing my mini almost cost me 15k. Due to stuff that Webuycars should have fixed before I drove her off the floor 6 months ago. I am angry, I am disappointed and most of all I am disgusted! I then decided, not again. I contacted Arnold at Citton Cars Menlyn and asked him to assist me trading my Mini in. We drove through that morning, met up with this champ, sat down for coffee and vaping, talking %$#^& while the mini was being inspected. They came back with a price (very generous offer) and we started the paper working. Meanwhile, I viewed all the vehicles and had to pick my new car. I decided on the Haval H2 (NO REGRETS - This car is amazing beyond words) Anyway, this post is not to boast about the Haval's performance, no, this review is to Thank Arnold! He did everything in his power to make this deal happen and it did! The time line... 36 hours and I had my girl. Paperwork was done on Saturday - I drove out of Citton Cars the Monday afternoon with that Black Beauty (well also after another cup of coffee again with Arnold) Arnold and your team (lets not forget the F&I Simon), Thank you for the amazing service, you restored my faith in Car Dealerships!!!
22 August 2021, I applied for Finance through Webuycars. The F&I then, Mohladi was SO helpful, kept me in the loop the whole time. 25 August 2021 the finance was approved. Same date I switched my vehicle of choice to a better car that had no defects and was Roadworthy compliant. The new F&I reserved the vehicle for me. The sale bounced from a sales guy named Christian to the Sales Manager. Promises were made day in and day out. The sales manager informed me that he can not send the car for service without a signed OTP. To date 31 August 2021 I have not received my OTP to sign. Again promises it will be sent and still nothing! This is my first car and obviously I am beyond excited and now I get this service. From the largest second hand car retailer in South Africa. Like seriously. Do you treat all clients like this. The Germiston Branch really need to be taught how to treat clients. Do not make effin promises if they are just lies! Totally disgusted. So now, still no OTP, meaning service is not done and Roadworthy still needs to be done!
I am truly disgusted in the treatment of my withdrawal of my Annuity. I have sent mail upon mail, I have made phone call upon phone call, and NO one is getting back to me! All I wanted to know is, is all in order but no one has the decency to revert back! I have never had this kind of treatment from you guys and now that I want to close a policy, I get treated like a number! I have lost faith in Discovery, saying they care about their clients! BS!!!
We have waited over a WEEK for our bed. Excuses upon excuses upon excuses. Yesterday, a week later, we were told outr order was never even captured by Nadine. Now Thulane says they have no stock You guys are fast to take the money but once delivery needs to happen you @$#%^$# up I will make sure all my friends know how horrible you are We were told the bed would be there on Monday already, so I gave my bed to my domestic that day and for a WEEK now, I have been sleeping on a COUCH!!!! WHAT THE #@$%$#@%#$@
So... I don't want to bad mouth Planet Fitness as a Fitness Institution in general. I am really happy being a member of Planet Fitness, well I was... . I am however disgusted in something that happened to me. During my gym years, I developed a love for fitness. A passion that I decided on to follow through and making it my career. With that being said, I enrolled in a PT Course and almost about done. I need to finish off with a 12 week program with a life client - being a PT. Please note, I am not allowed to charge for this. So I approached MY home club, put in the said request and informed the club manager I will be utilizing the Black Tag to bring the kid in as he is with VA (Please note I am also at VA, but only for traveling purposes) Anyway, so the club refused me. In his e-mail, the general manager said, PLANET FITNESS (In general, not referring to the specific club or nothing, in general) does NOT ALLOW this. Well hell, I was torn, my gym of preference showed me away. So they try and get PT's into the gym but PLANET FITNESS does not support the growth of upcoming personal trainers. How the hell does that work? Then I phoned the call center and Vanessa answered (Really nice girl), now I did not tell her which branch this happened at and she said, "No sir, this is club specific). So one General Manager almost shattered me, because he GENERALIZED all Planet Fitness Branches in his declination email. Luckly, there seems to be hope since we only have one more PF in a 15km radius from me. But I am left in disgust that Planet Fitness in General does not make this an institution to force Clubs to allow this. You are losing prospective income. Richard Branson said: "Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they donβt want to", if you look after and support people, they tend to stay... hence a prospective Personal Trainer would most probably stay at that PF if 1. It's his home gym and 2. They supported him. So I phoned around a bit to the VA's in my area... and guess what... none of their Fitness managers showed me away. 2 of the clubs even offered me "clothing" while I am there... Now tell me... WHY can't planet Fitness be like that. Why cant Planet Fitness support. Honestly, glad I took out a 12 month contract... Cause I am so moving back to VA in the future.
On the 8th of July, I called Customer care to ask how I must approach my bed, that I rented from Teljoy, to be fixed/replaced, as it started tearing after I lifted it for monthly rotation. Its not even 6 months old. Upon the request, the consultant informed me to send an e-mail to customer care. 11th of July, I did just that... Two weeks later, I still have no response. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in this service after I have been with Teljoy for almost 10 years.
