Horrible experience. Once they have your money and deposit (which is a different complaint, R 12,000.00 deposit for a R 1,000.00 rental? Because that makes total sense). You do not hear back from them that funds were received in good order. Collecting the equipment was a mission as there is no formal reception and just dodgy looking shutter doors (which sometimes dont even open). Dropping off the equipment I was told it has to be back by 9am, I was there at 9am, yet took another 45 min for them to actually check the items back into their system and issue me with the paper work. I mean come on, it was 3x ipads, how difficult could that be.
And then the most frustrating and horrendous part yet, getting my R 12,000.00 refund (which I am still currently waiting for as I write this review). They state 7-10 business days to refund, which I waited. Still nothing. Stacey just kept saying "It's loaded on the system" yet cannot give me a date or proof that it was loaded. Only once I threatened with social media did she bother to provide any proof. But no, it does not end there. I was told that I have pay into an account that would reflect immediately as to avoid delays with the rental, which I did FNB to FNB. However, they feel it is acceptable to refund to an FNB account from Standard Bank which is going to cause another 2-3 day delay as it will have to clear.
Utterly disappointing and will never use them again for any of our clients needs.
