I purchased from Takealot for my order to be delivered on COD a few days later I received and email telling me to do a EFT to some home entertainment account, obviously this was immediately a red flag so we told Takealot to contact us, the person who contacted us told us we need to do the payment or we can cancel our order. a few days later we were contacted again due to payment not being done as to which we found out that Takealot send our items to the wrong delivery service and had to get a third party in to deliver and they wanted payment before delivery, I refused and told them that this wasn't my fault so Takealot will need to rectify the issue and still delivery my goods as ordered on COD, nothing happened and as the day went on I spoke to 4 different people namely Khenyani, Modonna, Cikizwa and Unathi just for my order to be cancelled without my consent. HOW do you just cancel an order without consulting with the buyer? This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Worst place to shop ever!! bought online from them the product was in stock takes them 12 days to deliver the product not one word from them had to phone them of my cell phone more than 40min waisted with them!!!! I get hold of the manager and all he says is sorry and he will investigate!!! Investigate what that you have incompetent people working for you and that your customers has to go above and beyond to get what they paid for and the. Still get out of pocket to get the product delivered what a discrace this will be my last purchase from them rather buy from herches or smaller places at least you supporting a place that puts the customer first!!! Pathetic!!!!
Im only giving them one star because I have to rate this service, if I could give it a ZERO I would. I went to Barber Lou New Marker Mall to TRIM my child's hair, as the barber started cutting I immediately stopped him as he was not at all trimming he was cutting off lengths of hair, I asked him what he was doing because we only asked for a trim, his response was he is trimming, I asked if he knew what trimming was as he obviously didn't. We told him before he started that we only want our child's hair trimmed. Who manages this store anyway, every week a new person is cutting hair in that place its never consistent. I should have just gone to the Indians around the corner at least they know what they doing.
<p>I purchased items online with TFG the 27th November and I'm still waiting for my parcel to arrive.</p> <p>Payment was made and i received the confirmation email that my payment was successful but nothing after that, I've called in time and time again to find out when i could expect my parcel to arrive and every person i speak to says they will get back to me. I called in yesterday AGAIN and same thing but NOBODY has contacted me back. I would like to receive my parcel ASAP, TFG has already taken my money so its just fair i receive what I've paid for. </p>
<p>I would just like to say how very saddened I am by the lack of service and sympathy a loyal customer receives from momentum health. I have had medical aid with momentum health for almost 3 years now and never one day had an issue with service UNTIL now that is, i no longer have a steady income as of 4 months ago which I notified momentum of and have been trying to keep from cancelling my medical aid with them but they just do not seem to want to help or keep me as a customer. I have dealt with enough **** service from them and have decided to cancel my medical aid as i no longer can afford it because they would not help me down grade my plan. I asked in my cancellation letter that they cancel with immediate affect coz if they have to try debit my account month end there will not be any funds for them to take and this will then put my account in the minus and I cant afford to pay bank changes on a bounced debit order, momentum then sent me a termination letter stating that the cancellation will only take place on the 1\12\2016. after I nicely begged then to please cancel immediately. Ive received letters in my post box since asking me to pay them an amount back which we used from our savings but no one has paid back my money that was over debited the month of October, I tried to sort this payment out but the pathetic staff at momentum health wouldn't help me as usual. Lets explain why i was over charged for the month of October, My son was born on the 30 August 2016 i registered him on medical by the end of September which they charged me for in October, according to one of the customer service people my newborns first month was for free which according to me would have been the month of September BUT NO they said the free month as for August, AUGUST!!! my son was only born on the 30th August so how was that his first month?? Once again I will ask that my medical aid be cancelled with immediate affect as I no longer have any money to pay for medical. </p>
<p>i cancelled with them on the5/09/2016 and i paid a cancelation fee that they stated i needed to pay in a cancelation letter and my decoders have been disconnected so im not reciving anything from them true as hell now they debit me again on the 8/09/2016 after 16 min on my cell phone they said it might be sorted and then i wake up this morning 7/10/2016 a double debit has been done on my acc again after 19 min on the phone with them they will get back to me which i guarantee u they wont like the million times they said before and my main reson for canceling is im with out work and now they took money from med aid my husband is paying for me at the moment they are criminals after they made the agreement they not keeping there end of it.</p>
<p>I have been with Momentum health for just over 2 years now with no problems, until now it is. I was just let go from my company and now sit with little to no income monthly, I called Momentum in hopes that they would alow me to change one of my benifits on the Incentive option to reduse costs and this way make payment easier and still cost effective to which I have been declined to do so till the new year. I understand that option chnges are made in the beginning of every year but I have no other option as i did not forsee me sitting without a job at this time. I have been left with no other option but to terminate my medical aid with Momentum because of the lack of customer service. I cant understand how Momentum would be willing to lose a customer competley rather then just a few rands due to one single option being changed on my plan. All I have asked is to please down grade from any hospital to associated hospitals but to still stay on the Incentive option. Its a minimal change that would save me alot of stress and assist me with still being able to make payments every month. Oh and have I mentioned that all this stress is happening while im currently 8 1\2 months pregnant and not sure if my child willbe born in a private clinic or a government run hospital due to VERY POOR customer service from Momentum health.</p>
<p>I placed an order for a game online with CNA, I noticed this game was incorrect and then issued a refund for the order on the 31 MAy 2016 its the 4th of August and I still havent received my money back from CNA, I was suppose to have been dealing with GivenMoatlhodi but she aswell doesnt follow up with any news on how things are progressing I have to always send the first email. Im getting really ****ed off thats its taken this long and I still havent received my money back.</p> <p>CNA online are thieves. </p>
<p>i bought a pre order game from them online and canceld it the following week around 17 may and its now the 11 of july and still no refund can u belive it almost 2 months and still no money this is tottaly useless service will never purchase from them again. </p>
The new Virgin active in New Market was just months away from opening so my husband went in to find out more. He told Lorraine he will be back with me to hear more about contracts and possibly sign up. When we went back to see Lorraine i specifically asked about maternity classes as I knew me and my husband are trying for conceive and she assured me 100% that they offer these classes at NO extra cost. Im pregnant now and to my amazement we still do not have an maternity class or instructor available. We asked about the classes and they told us they would be getting an instructor in soon and they would let us know, BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH CLASS. We asked Lorraine to get back us to numerous times regarding this matter but we still waiting she keeps ducking and diving us when we go to the gym. The matter was passed on to TK and he assured us that we will get feedback on when the classes will be available and STILL we are waiting. OH and we still have to pay for lessons after we got told that it was included in our membership at NO EXTRA COST. Lorraine supplied us with False information to gain new contracts for the gym so she could earn her commission. Its been 4 weeks already
