I have been dealing with this institution since 2012 and of late I am finding it impossible to get any customer service whatsoever from them. It took approximately 18 months to get a new debit card .. the pin code requested at the same time still to date has not been received. To constantly call and request things from them is futile. I just wish they would sort out their customer service interactiona and consider their clients who live in other countries and deal with the problems they may have in that country..
