Telkom service shocking
I was delivered a new digital phone by Telkom 2 weeks ago. I was told that within 72 hours it would be active , to date it still is dead and not working. I have had no communication from Telkomas to why and have even visited their shop in Knysna only to be told the Network is down theres nothing they can do about it. Totally unacceptable. This is the type of service we get from the service provider and its shocking. Telkom need to contact their users and explain or just simply do their jobs properly.

Yeticup shoddy service
In september I placed an order through their website and i was sent a tracking number for my parcel. No local carrier was listed on the tracking number. I tracked it right up till the tracking page says 'Notice left no secure location'. The address i gave on my order was the same one on the tracking and yet NO NOTICE was left. I tried subsequently to contact Yeticup on 4 occasions anad still have not had a reply from them as to where this parcel is. Their shoddy service is disgusting.

Shocking customer service
I have been dealing with this institution since 2012 and of late I am finding it impossible to get any customer service whatsoever from them. It took approximately 18 months to get a new debit card .. the pin code requested at the same time still to date has not been received. To constantly call and request things from them is futile. I just wish they would sort out their customer service interactiona and consider their clients who live in other countries and deal with the problems they may have in that country..

S*&^T transport company
Terrible service from this firm. My parcel was handed to them on 3/4/2024 ans is still not delivered as yet. Cannot even track it because they have not provided me with a tracking number. This compant is used by Buffalo Logistics as a third party courier so heaven only knows where my parcel is. Avoid using them totally

Shocking service
Shocking service delivery. I have been waiting for over 10 days to get a small parcel delivered from yet another unreliable site. Their tracking is very vague .. out on delivery ... doesnt really explain where it is. I urge everyomne not to use them at all.

‘Un’ Reliable Store
Absolutely shocking . Ordered an item website said a 10day delivery period . Still nothing. Countless emails and no reply. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS SITE OR BUY FFOM THEM AGAIN
